Return Policy
Exchanges must be made within 3 days after receiving the item and are only applicable for items purchased at full price (not during festive season, promotions, or discounts).
No exchanges are allowed during festive seasons due to high order volume.
Exchanges for a different design are not permitted.
Do not remove the tag. Exchanges cannot be processed without the original tag.
Do not make any alterations to the item. Exchanges or returns are not accepted if the item’s original condition is changed.
Customers must bear the postage cost for all returns or exchanges.
Complaints or feedback raised after the 3-day grace period will not be entertained.
Defective items purchased during promotions/discounts are not eligible for exchange.
Preorder items: No size exchanges after purchase.
Once payment is made and a pickup/shipping date is confirmed, customers cannot change the date, as it may affect other customers.
Reminder: Record an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel. It is required for any return or defect claim.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges of the same or higher-priced item are allowed.
For basic collections, please refer to the color and size information before purchase. Some items may appear slightly different due to fabric, lighting, or screen settings.
Raya collections, discounted, or promotion items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
